How to transfer balance from one Wallet to another Wallet?

    1. Log into the UNIC mobile app:
      • Open the UNIC mobile app on your device.
      • Enter your login credentials (email/phone number and password) to access your account.
    2. Select the Profile tab from the bottom menu:
      • Once logged in, navigate to the bottom menu of the app.
      • Click on the Profile tab, usually located at the bottom right corner of the screen.
    3. Tap on Wallet, and then tap on Transfer:
      • In the Profile tab, look for the Wallet option and tap on it.
      • Once in your Wallet, find and tap on the Transfer option to initiate the balance transfer process.
    4. Select to whom you want to transfer the balance (User or Driver). Enter their registered email address or phone number and tap on the Next button:
      • Choose whether you want to transfer the balance to a User or a Driver.
      • Enter the recipient’s registered email address or phone number accurately in the provided field.
      • Once entered, tap on the “Next” button to continue.
    5. In the next step, the application will ask how much you want to send from your existing wallet balance:
      • The app will now display your current wallet balance and ask you to specify how much you want to transfer.
      • Take note of the amount available and decide how much you wish to send.
    6. Tap on the Plus or Minus sign to adjust the amount you want to send:
      • You can adjust the amount by tapping the Plus or Minus sign to either increase or decrease the transfer amount.
      • Ensure the amount is correct before proceeding with the transfer.
    7. You will receive an OTP for your confirmation. Check your SMS or Email and enter the OTP:
      • For security purposes, the app will send you a One-Time Password (OTP) to your registered phone number or email address.
      • Check your SMS or email inbox for the OTP.
      • Enter the OTP in the provided field within the app to verify the transfer request.
    8. You will get a confirmation on the screen, and the receiver will get an SMS for the credited balance:
      • After entering the OTP, you will receive a confirmation on the screen that your transfer has been successfully completed.
      • The recipient (User or Driver) will also receive an SMS notification informing them that the balance has been credited to their account.
