To contact support via the UNIC app, follow these steps:
Log into the UNIC Mobile App Open the UNIC app on your phone and sign in using your account credentials.
Tap on the “Account” Tab Tap the Account tab located at the bottom of the screen. This will take you to your profile and settings.
Tap on “Contact Us” Under the Support section in the Account tab, tap on “Contact Us” to open the contact form.
Enter Your Feedback and Details In the contact form, provide details about your issue or feedback. Make sure to include as much relevant information as possible.
Submit the Form Once you’ve completed the form with your feedback or issue, tap Submit to send the details to our support team.
