How can I update my account/profile detail
Steps to update my account/profile details
- Log into the UNIC Mobile App
Open the UNIC app on your phone and sign in using your account credentials. - Select the Account Tab
Tap on the Account tab located at the bottom of the screen. This will take you to your account settings and preferences. - Go to Account Settings
In the Account tab, scroll down and find the Account Settings section. This is where you can manage your account and profile details. - Tap on “Manage Account”
In Account Settings, you’ll see an option called “Manage Account”. Tap on it to open the Manage Account screen, where you can adjust various details related to your account. - Choose Between Two Options: Personal Detail or Delete Account
On the Manage Account screen, you will have two options:- Personal Detail: To update your personal information (name, email, etc.).
- Delete Account: If you wish to permanently delete your account, though this option is permanent and irreversible.
- Tap on “Personal Detail” to Edit Your Profile
If you want to update your profile details, tap on Personal Detail. This will open the Edit Profile screen, where you can modify your account details like your name, phone number, email address, and more. - Update Your Profile Information
On the Edit Profile screen, you can make changes to the information associated with your account. Update your details as needed. - Save Changes
After updating your details, be sure to tap Save or Submit to apply the changes to your profile.
