How can I get on trip help?
To get help during a trip, follow these steps:
- Log into the UNIC Mobile App
Open the UNIC app on your phone and sign in with your account credentials. - Go to the Arriving Screen
Once you’re on your trip, the Arriving screen will appear as you approach your destination. - Tap on “Need Help?”
On the Arriving screen, locate the “Need Help?” option. It will be positioned somewhere in the middle of the right-hand side of the screen. - Call the Contact Number
Tapping on the “Need Help?” option will display our contact number. You can then call the number for assistance. Please note, there may be a wait time if the line is engaged. - Share Your Trip for Added Safety
You can share your trip details with your family or friends for added safety. This will allow them to track your ride and provide support if needed. - Use the Emergency Icon
In case of an emergency, tap the Emergency icon located in the middle of the screen. This will provide you with quick access to:
- SOS: Send an emergency alert to your contacts and support team.
- Record Audio: Record audio for safety purposes.
- Call 112: Directly call emergency services.
