How can I get my lost property?
If you’ve lost an item during a ride, follow these steps to report it quickly:
- Log into the UNIC Mobile App
Open the UNIC app on your phone and sign in with your account credentials. - Go to the “Account” Tab
Tap the Account tab at the bottom of the screen to open your profile and settings. - Select the “Booking” Tab
From the same bottom menu, tap on the Booking tab to view all your recent trips. - Choose the Trip Where You Lost the Item
Find the trip where you think you lost the item and tap on it to view the trip details. - Tap the Question Mark Icon
On the bottom right corner of the screen, you’ll see a Question Mark icon. Tap on it for help with your issue. - Select “I Lost an Item”
From the options that appear, click on the first option: “I lost an item.” This will guide you through the process of reporting your lost property. - Contact Us if You Don’t Have Driver Details
If you’re unable to see the driver’s contact details, scroll down to the bottom of the screen and tap on “Contact Us.” This will allow you to reach out to the support team for assistance. - Add Details About Your Lost Item
In the form, provide as many details as possible about the item you lost, such as the description, where you think you left it, and any other helpful information. - Submit the Report
After entering the necessary information, submit your report. The support team will assist you in recovering your lost property.
