How can I check my previous trips or rides in app

To check your previous trips or rides, follow these steps:

      1. Log into the UNIC Mobile App
        • Open the UNIC app on your phone.
        • Sign in with your account credentials to access your account.
      2. Go to the Account Tab
        • Once logged in, tap on the Account tab located at the bottom menu of the screen.
        • This will take you to your profile and account settings.
      3. Navigate to the Booking Section
        • In the Account tab, scroll down until you find the Booking section or navigate to Your Trips under the General Settings section.
        • Tap on this option to view your past and upcoming trips.
      4. View Your Previous Trips
        • You will now see a list of all the trips you’ve completed, including past, ongoing, and upcoming rides.
      5. Use the Filter Option
        • At the top-right corner of the screen, you will find a filter option. Tap on it to filter your trips into different categories, such as:
          • Past Trips: View completed rides.
          • Upcoming Trips: Check rides that are scheduled in the future.
          • In Process: View rides currently in progress.
          • Expired: See trips that have expired.
          • All Trips: View all of your rides, regardless of status.
      6. Tap on a Trip for Detailed Information
        • When you tap on any specific trip, you will be taken to a detailed view of that ride.
          • Here, you can:
            • Request assistance if needed.
            • Leave a tip for the driver.
            • Review the payment receipt for that ride.
