1. Download the UNIC Rider App

Open the Google Play Store (for Android) or the Apple App Store (for iPhone).
Search for “UNIC Rider”.
Tap Install to download the app to your device.

2. Create Your Rider Account

Launch the app once installed.
Enter your mobile number and verify it using the OTP (One-Time Password) sent to you.
Fill in your details like first name, last name, email (optional) and password to access the application.
Accept the terms and conditions to complete your account setup.

3. Set Up Your Profile

Add a profile photo (optional but recommended for better driver coordination).
Save favourite locations like Home or Work for faster bookings.
Add a payment method (Debit/Credit Card, or Wallet).
Enable location access to get accurate pickups.

4. Book Your First Ride

On the home screen, enter your pickup and drop-off location.
Choose your preferred ride type (e.g., Unic X, Unic XL).
Review the fare, apply a promo code if available, and confirm your booking.
