How can I apply coupon code?

You can apply a promo code or coupon during the booking process to get discounts on your rides. The app makes it quick and easy to apply available offers before confirming your trip.

Steps to Apply a Coupon Code:

1. Open the UNIC App
   Launch the app and begin booking your ride as usual.
2. Select Pickup and Drop Location
   Enter your starting point and destination to see ride options.
3. Go to the Payment Section
   Before confirming the ride, scroll down to the Payment Method or Fare Details section.
4. Tap on ‘Promo Code’ or ‘Coupon’
   You’ll see a “Promo Code” or “Apply Coupon” option at the bottom of the screen. Tap on it.
5. Choose or Enter a Code
   • If you have a promo code, enter it manually.
   • You can also browse available coupons and select one that suits your ride.
6. Tap ‘Apply’
   Once applied, you’ll see the discount reflected in the final fare. Continue to confirm your booking.

Tips:

• Only one promo code can be used per ride.
• Make sure to check the terms and conditions for each coupon (e.g., minimum fare, city-specific, ride types, or expiry dates).
• Some promo codes are auto-applied based on eligibility.

• Double-check for typos
• Make sure the promo is still valid
• Check if it’s restricted to specific users or regions
