How can I add or change the payment method
Managing your payment methods in the UNIC app is simple and ensures a smooth and secure transaction process every time you book a trip. You can add new payment options or update existing ones right from your account settings.
Steps to Add or Change a Payment Method:
1. Open the UNIC App Launch the UNIC Rider app on your mobile device.
2. Go to the Account Tab Tap on the “Account” icon usually located in the bottom menu bar.
3. Select ‘Payment Methods’ In your account menu, tap on “Payment Methods” to view and manage your saved payment options.
4. To Add a New Payment Method:
- Tap on “Add Payment Method”.
- Choose your preferred payment type (e.g. Credit/Debit Card).
- Enter the required details, such as card number, expiration date, CVV.
- Tap “Save” to securely store the new payment method.
5. To Modify or Remove an Existing Method:
- In the Payment Methods section, you’ll see a list of saved options.
- Tap on the method you’d like to edit or remove.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to make changes or delete it from your account.
